i'm about 5'7 and weigh 144 pounds. i think i'm a bit, fat, and i don't wanna be. i am 13, i've always been tall, and my shoulders are a tiny bit wider than average but people tell me i look slim because of my height. but am i overweight.?Health Question & Answer

Well im the same height and age as you and i weigh 122 pounds and im an athlete so that's all muscle. And muscle weighs more than fat. But then i am on the lower end of the normal bmi range so i reckon your just right :)Health Question & Answer
