i have been taking birth control for 4 months now and i have noticed that i get bloated the whole time i take the hormone pills and the week that im taking the sugar pills the bloating goes away.

Dpnt take the "sugar" placebo pills,they are just to keep you on track, try simethicone or Gas X, or warm tea or spearmint tea or blackberry teas, try heat pad. maybe the extra sugar pills might make you retain an extra bit of water, hence the bloating, some women use midol or pamprin. some women get severe constipation and have to use fleets enemas, too. hope you feel beter. don't use beano, it's worthless.Health Question & Answer
