Question: What can you do for period cramps.?
My finacee has them and all she's doing is being grouchy. She's at work now and I'm going to take a lunch and run some medicine to her, whats best.?

Run her some ibprofen. It is a NSAID which should help with the cramping. Just give her the entire bottle that way she can figure out how many she needs/wants.

Ibuprofen. It comes in 20 mg pills. She can take as many as four at a time every eight hours. Take with food.
