Is it good to jog in the morning before having breakfast?!

Breakfast is very important to get your body in order. The meaning of break/fast to bring your body out of the starvation mode. At lease put something on your stomach if only a cup of orange juice or milk. I run 3 miles a day in the morning before work, I drink a cup of milk.

absolutely. exersize in the morning is great. i have an egg for protein and some whole wheat bread, a slice, for carbs and some water. then when i am done my run i have some fruit.
I always eat before I exercise. Then I'll wait like 30 min to an hour before I begin my workout. If I don't, I'll get hungry during my workout then stop to eat. hope this helps, yeah it's not an "professional" advice but hey.I'm not a professional. God bless you.
