How can I lose inches on my waist?!


Question: My waist is larger than my thighs. How do I lose inches on my waist, so I can have an hourglass figure? Also how do I get rid of my love handles?

Eat 5 - 7 small meals a day and go out jogging for at least 2km once a day. Also, make sure one of the meals is DIRECTLY after you wake up. It'll jumpstart your metabolism.

belive me.. I eat hugh amount of food. much more than any of my fat frnds and I m still less than half of them. also I dont do all those heavy exercise and workout that they do. still I m thinner than all of them.. its all in the mind

What i usually do is to have a proper tummy exercise, u can search the web to look for one. Another thing is, after u had ur meals, try to stand for 15-20mins. Avoid drinking cold breverages. Every night try to place a hot compress in ur tummy. Regular vowel movement. Balance diet, and ur good to go ^_^
do what you enjoy the most. DO NOT force yourself to pursue activities that you do not enjoy. the best way and probably the easiest way to lose inches off your waist is to dance.i have a friend who had the same problem, she then took these summer spanish dance classes and in no time she felt and looked great as new. DO give it a shot. im sure it's gonna work.
Make sure you do some for of aerobic activity - running etc....

Also, learn to eat when you are REALLY HUNGRY, not because its time for breakfast, lunch dinner.....etc..... Learn to be instinctive.

Also, I have heard its good to cut out eating after 7Pm or at least have something light. Your metabolism slows down considerably in the evening.

Cut out junk food from your diet gradually.
