I have really fair skin. How do I get Tan?!

Question: I used Jergens natural glow.it worked pretty well. Any other self tanners that work better?
Answers:
I have really white skin and those over the counter self tanners just turn me orange..I lay out in the sun for about fifteen minutes a day for a couple of weeks just to get a base tan then more often after that..
