dude try water. like whenever ur hungry drink water. i did that and i lost like 2 lbs in a week. so yea it works. but also snack on healthy things like fruits or w.e
keep track of your calorie input and output. List all of the foods you eat and how many calories each food is worth. Do the same w/the activites multiply the hours you do the activity by the 3 of calories you burn. then multiply that # by your body weight. (ex: running) To lose 10 pounds, make sure that your calorie output is greater than your calorie input.

If a person goes on one of those no-eating diets, the body retaliates by storing up fat. It has a self defense mechanism called survival. Lots of water flushes your body. G-Luck.

You have to eliminate all emotions connected with food. It is fuel for your body and nothing more. Choose the best fuel. Have a green salad with each meal. Don't eat meat and potatoes at the same time. The acids required to break those down work against each other. Always eat fruit alone, 20 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after. Lots of water. Go for a brisk walk every day or do a few crunches before you go to bed.
