As you know diet and excercise is the number one way to lose the pounds. But then again.as we all know.we dont always have the time or energy to do so. So here is my advice which worked for my sis..eat small meals throughout the day.none of this 3 meals a day nonsence. The key word is small meals.like have fruit, cereal, or something light for snacks.eat half a sandwich for lunch instead of a whole.u can constantly eat like that throughout the day without gaining cause your body has more time to burn off the calories. Plus.you'll notice you'll start to get full quicker. Don't eat past seven..body is too relaxed and if your like me.im lucky if my brain functions after 6 ish..lol! Last but not least.dont over excercise.some crunches and leg lifts..steches before bed each night.you should do great.wish ya the best! My sis lost around 45 lbs in less than 4 months.and she wasnt faithful to it.so you'll be awesome.

ITS BEST TO LOSE WEIGHT
Try to eat less, NO SUGAR! and above all, REALLY WANT TO LOSE THAT WEIGHT!
Don't eat processed foods. Eat all natural foods that are organic. Excersise regularly. Keep a journal to help you and if all this fails, go to a weight loss center like Weight Watchers. Good luck!
exercise,and watch what,and how much,you eat.
Cardio is the best way. take a sensible diet with all the necessary food groups. make sure you eat 5+ portions of fruit and veg, etc.
Switch high fat things for lower fat things (e.g. full fat to skimmed milk). little changes will make a big difference.
Aw - why blame the kids for your weight gain !

Seriously, controlled eating and gentle exercise should help.
some thing simple like walk 30 minutes everyday or ride a bike it would entertain you and your kids. if they are small you can put them in a stroller and walk around the block.and of course eat healthy, not too many sweets. and don't try to skip breakfast because for your next meal you will be extra hungry and eat more than you normally would causing you to start gaining weight instead of losing it.
well be on a diet.. is what most people say

but i say u should go work out & get a personal trainer.

well another way is if u like to dance reaggaton, hip hop u know teenager music thats another way a good song is one from sean paul, the song is tempature.

or turn to 96.3 FM. good music pass there..
an hour or 2 will work!
they said it..exercise! i gained a few pounds myself after having a baby and i am in the process of working on losing the excess left especially around the belly. after a week of 30-40 minute cardio exercise (i am not a fan by the way of exercise!) meaning brisk walking alternated with a slow jog on a manageable incline while watching a good show on TV, 3 sets of 30 reps ab crunches, i have already noticed a tightness around my middle! no pain no gain honey!
Good diet and cardio is a great way to lose extra weight. I am no health guru, but I just keep sugar and fat intake as low as possible, and stay away from eating alot of carbs for dinner. Carbs are great during the day, especially in the morning for keeping you going throughout the day, but at dinner it has little time to get used.

30-60 minutes of cardio 3 times a week is all I can afford to put into my schedule, but even alittle bit of exercise can help alot.
Find something that you like to do - maybe even something you can do with your children like walking, biking, swimming. Having a routine that includes your children will set a good example for them and it takes away that excuse. They'll also be good motivators to you. Set a realistic goal like lose 10 lbs by the end of summer. Watch what you eat. Don't eat a lot of processed foods. Get a physical and talk to your physician about things you can do as well. Drinks lots of water.
