No offence, but you should be around 95-115lbs at your age. Try eating more leaner foods. Cut back on the heavy stuff. Try having a more healthy lifestyle. Make it so your couch potato days are over.

Play football, I was 190 at 12 and about 5'8". I was great at youth football and in High School and even Middle School the weight feel off as soon as I started eating healthy. You really have nothing to worry about.
You are very tall, so you can carry weight well. I'm 18 and I'm 5'7" and around 145 lbs (most of the weight is in my chest). As for getting healthy, everyone should do that.
