how good are pancakes until the grow mold and are not good to eat??!?!

Question: MY PANCAKES. I MADE THEM LIKE ALMOST A WEEK AGO. THEY SHOW NO MOLD. BUT THEY MAY BE BAD. ?
HOW GOOD ARE PANCAKES UNTIL THE GROW MOLD ? AND ARE NOT GOOD TO EAT??!!?
HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE FOR HOMEMADE PANCAKES TO GO BAD.

NOTE: IVE HAD THEM IN A BAG IN THE FRIDGE.
