plz help and answer this for me.?!
Question: ok my weight is 123 and my height is 5'7. i went to deathclock.com and i typed that in and it said my body mass was 19 and it said im perfect but it said if i go down 5 more pounds witch is: 118 i'll be under weight. i want to get down to 118 so i'll be under weight so i wont have to worry about my body any more. how can i? plz help

your'e perfect my friend, why do you want to be under weught? i weigh as much as the average ten year old, and i'm thirteen! you don't want to be under weight.but if you are concerned, exercise alot, and eat healthy! drink lots of water and cut down on the salt and sugar..no packaged foods, only fresh ones
Eat healthy foods.out the junk food.exercise and drink plenty of water.
