Question: Why do I feel sooo fat when the scale says I'm only 18.6% body fat?

the numbers you have are correct. body fat percentage is a better indicator than BMI.
it could be your bone structure, or just your self image. either way, i certainly don't recommend trying to lose too much weight. but don't worry, you're quite healthy.

get mm..whats it called? bmi. google it and it askd you to type ur hight and weight and says if ur normal.
You may feel much heavier because of your muscle content. Muscle weighs more than fat.
That's almost 20% body fat. If it were me, I would feel it was too much, but I don't know what is normal.

your body fat is very good and healthy - and it does put you inthe so called atheltic population - at that bodyfat I bet you look hot and sexy!

you are not fat but you may want to look at how balanced your physique is - maybe you want to tone and build up different areas to give you a shape you like better? you can do this and stay at this healthy weight
Females should have about 20% to 30% bodyfat.Under 20% sounds like a good number,but you run into diminishing returns.You are designed to bear children and fat is a part of that.
You may feel sooo fat that you become another anorexic:just one more sad tale to tell.
This is just one of those things where body image can rule you if you do not rule it.

Then grow up and realize that 20% body fat is just a part of your life that you should not play with.

ignore rocket man, the percentages he's giving you are for MEN.
for women athletic is 14-20%, 21-24% is fit, 25- 31% is acceptable.

I read that for women, the "normal" BMI should be 19 to 25. So, I think you're fine.
