im kinda stressed..?!


Question: ok.i feel stressed i found out somethings this year about some family stuff that was heart braking and then i was going to have this party but my mom is gonna make me canclell it (i invited 50 people).
well here's the deal.i used to cut the summer after sixth grade (all thats going on)and then i started up again and my friends and boy friend found out and got me to stop again.
but now that i found out this thing about the party and some other personal things that are going on i just feel like im gonna start doing it again.
i need some one to talk to cuz when i try with every one else its just useless.i dont cut because i enjoy the pain.its just life gets hard.and im so sensitive that i feel like i cant handle.
will someone tell me on how i can keep from doing this to my self cuz i dont like it. i feel alone.cuz i know life isnt that bad

here's a god rule of thumb."if it won't matter 10 minutes from now, it shouldn't matter at all".. I know right now everything seems like a really big deal, but in 10 years it will all seem like a bad joke..right now you are like a new stone just fallen into the river..in time all those edges will be smoothed over and water will flow around you easily..witch brings me to another good metaphor in life.. "let the river flow around you grasshopper". You need do little more than ride right now.. so enjoy it.. soon enough..none of this will matter.

i would take up some kind of religion and find a way of spending my time with others doing things to occupy my time and dont think about cutting just try and relax everything will work its self out if you dont cut cutting will only make everything worse you know that be careful life is not replacable remember that people love and care about you things will be ok just concentrate on you and your boyfriend and start praying for help that is the only way to get reall help is by praying

well i feel the same way a lot of the time.
a bunch of times i feel lonely and stressed and like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I've neevr had a desire to cut myself though because it seems too messy and painful. Whenever I reach a breaking point i go to sleep because when you're alseep you're unaware of everything and its like you're not even here. Its like you get to be away from the world for a while. Also remember that "someone always has it worse than you".

Don't think about it. Why does it matter what other people are doing and think? Is what they are saying harming you physically--no, just don't worry about it. You are letting them win that way. Bad things happen within all families, but they usually do away by themself unless you make a big deal about it.
Just leave it alone..go have some fun with yourself. Get some new outfits, meet some new people, take up a new hobby.I find it that taking local fun craft classes really helps you to concentrate on other things, it allows you to meet more positive people.
Just away from these people, heal yourself first before attempting to feel bad or worry about problems like that.
If this continues, you should see a counselor/therapist.
First of all, I am sorry about what you're going through but just remember that many people care about you and your well being. Try to keep yourself busy most of the time; it might help you to keep preoccupied so that it could be a little easier for you.but that doesn't mean you shouldn't let it all out. Once in a while try and cry all your troubles out and then go to sleep. The next day will feel a little better than before. And just to let you know, i feel pretty stressed out sometimes too. I'm sure mine are trivial but it does get to me on occasion. I just try my best to keep my head up. If you want, you can e-mail me and we can talk about anything; it's always better to tell at least one person about your troubles.it's not too healthy to keep things bottled up inside.
Hey sweetie, I know that it seems like there is no hope at times in this world that we live in. I don't know how old you are, but I remember when I was young..I felt so insecure and like I had nothing to look forward to.
Now that I am older; 48, I am so much wiser. Its so hard to listen to your parents, they are SO old!AND honestly, your parents are harder on you than they mean to be.
One of the most important things in life that all of us have to do is ACCEPT.ACCEPT who you are and where you are. Learn to accept others as they are. AND most of all when you look in the mirror, always think good thoughts about you. It takes so many years to learn not to let what others think bother you, start now!!
When you have the desire to cut yourself, try to think about how you will feel in 10 yrs. As you age you will look back over all the things you have done in life, and the worse thing you want is to ever have regrets. Look in the mirror and see yourself and how beautiful you are. You are an individual, one of a kind and you can do anything you set your mind to.
I will think about you and hope that you get the answers you are looking for. As a Mother of 4, I know how hard it can be growing up in this day and time. Think about all the people that love you and want you to be happy...including ME.
