whats a good meal plan for a 1500 calorie diet?!


Question: i wanna take in only 1500 calories a day. whats a good meal plan thats gonna evenly spread out my calorie intake throughout the day? so like ill be able to eat breakfast lunch and dinner and maybe a snack but still stay under 1500 calories

you need a diet that starts you off with a good, big breakfast. no matter if its where most of your calories come from, breakfast is most important. then the rest of the day, eat healthy food like lots of fruits and veggies and whole grains instead of refined or other grains. you can have snacks if you're still under 1500 cals, but make sure its a 100 cal pack of something yummy! and i don't really think that its that good for you to stay under 1500 cal, but you can try! maybe raise it to 2000 and exercise more if you're trying to lose weight also.

Or you can keep your metabolism going by eating 5 - 300 calorie meals. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. I make sure I don't eat dinner at least 3 hours before bed. 5 times a day may seem a lot but the portions are smaller and you keep your metabolism going which will help you lose the weight!
Meal suggestions:

Salmon and green veggie (I love broccoli) (The george forman grill is great!)

Grilled Chicken breast & green veggie (maybe a starch if it's for lunch or early)

veggie soup made w/veggies, can tomato, beef bouillion (very filling, but leave the saltines alone)

Tortilla w/refried beans & a little spanish rice or little cheese (great fiber)

Wendy's small chili & wendy's caeser side salad (pour chili on salad & ditch the dressing)

Non-fat yougart (dannon plain all natural) w/total cereal & a few walnuts or almonds mixed in

Snack Ideas:

all natural peanut butter & sliced gala or fuji apple

natl peanut butter on dark, whole wheat toast (toasted crunchy) I like pepridge farm germain dark wheat bread
