lol I'm an expert on crystals, even if I do say so myself. Well, firstly, there are literally hundreds if not thousands of different types of crystals, and new age shops sell them claiming that they can have beneficial properties. I thought i'd try them out for myself, but they didn't appear to work. That's not saying they definitely don't- I've heard accounts that they have- but I suspect its a bit like a placebo. If you think they are helping then you will convince yourself that it is due to the crystal. I mostly just think they are pretty. But I did my work experience in a warehouse full of gemstones and I didn't feel any better. In fact, I felt quite ill.
yes there are different types, and they do help to aid healing and spiritual attunement (such as rose quartz)
