Where can children go for counceling in Northwest Indiana.?!
Question: Hes a 10 year old boy who was abandon by his mother and he just found out now he needs to talk and understand why him.

I don't think counceling is a good solution to that. No one can make him understand Why Him. I think the best thing might be to talk with him. Not even adults can explain why me? to themselves. So why pay extra money. Tell him not to look at it as abandoment. Instead it's a blessing. His parents knew they couldn't give him a decent life that he deserved so instead they gave him to people who could. You love him just the same as if he was your own son, and that you did all the raising and everything, so that makes you the REAL mom or dad. Anyone can have kids, it takes a REAL parent to raise, love, and teach them.
