Why do my bones click?!

Question: Why do my bones make a click sound often?
Answers:
It's probably not your bones. It's most likely your tendons or ligaments. Bones have cartilage around them that protects them from contact with other bones. Unless you've worn that cartilage down you're bones would never touch. In the event they did you'd feel more of a grinding sensation. You may just need to get out and active. Stretch so your muscles don't get so tight and place so much stress on the surrounding tissues.

Sounds like your bones are out of alignment and you are probably in need of an adjustment. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor.
