What is a good way to releive stress?!


Question: I've had so much between volleyball, school, grades, and my parents divorce- Ugh!
Answers:
Just spend some time by yourself. Take youself out on a date. Basically go somewhere where it just you or where u can think and relax and collect your thoughts. Maybe start a journal that way u can look back and reflect.

get seaweed (it really helps) and take a bath with nice music and also read, that all ways helps me

Meditation. Quieting the mind. Take a candle.. Light it and sit budda style and empty your mind. Deeep breathing will also help as you will be concentrating on each breath.
I go to the gym or have my boyfriend give me a back massage, both are very relaxing in different ways!

sometimes a cold shower helps, mostly if you use an aromatic body shampoo.
Take a Swim- or go see a good movie that has a real interest to it-

ARE U MY SISTER? JUST BECAUSE I WAS GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING, WOW! I JUST GOT ON MY TREADMILL FOR BOUT 15MIN, BCUS I JUST COULDN'T DO THE WHOLE 30MIN, TO MUCH WS ON MY MIND. there are many ways to relieve stress.i guess it depends on what is stressing you. take yourself out of the stress at least for little while.for me it is to leason to other peoples problems then mine don't seam so bad.all of the answers i have seen sound like good ideas but thay may not work for you. you need to find your on peace of mind and stick with it . do what makes you happy.
go and buy A VOODO DOLL(a plushie of a person) get some needles and stab the doll,or got hit somebody.and or go shopping for some stuff you like,or E.A.T
It sounds like your situation is pretty intense, particularly the divorce. I suggest that you open up to someone and share your feelings. That worked for me when my parents got divorced. Some other people gave you some good ideas, but if they don't work for you, and the stress gets to be too intense, talk to your school psychologist.
