is there something wrong wtih me?!

Question: I seriously think/know I have some problems, but can anyone identify?

I have OCD, I do everything four times. Say I were to hit a wall accidently, I would go back and hit it again. I eat things in groups of fours, and I walk in sets of fours. I say everything backwards in my head, and practice the pronunciations backwards. I have trouble making friends, I don't have like a BFFL, but I think thats because of my twin, she should be my friend, but is only nice to me when she wants something from me. She always puts me down, and she is so manipulative, and my parents believe she's like, always telling the truth. It's always her word vs mine, and she wins, and yet, she is the one failing miserably in school and DOESNT CARE AT ALL. Anyways, I have a strange eating pattern, Idk how to explain it though, and I am always tired. I get hounded by teachers who I don't even have that teach classes 3 grades above me. (?) (I also share a room with my twin, who is a pig.)
How mental am I?

You can fix this. OCD is curable. Ive seen it happen. Hit a wall.. dont let yourself do it again. You are the only person who can fix this. Just resist. I know its hard but you can do it. I believe in you. :)
I think you need to get away from ur twin and stop doing all that stuff four times just walk away from it. it will be hard at first but then it will get easier
Iam No Doctor. But It Sounds Like You Could Be Parinod
you seem like you have a problem. But your not the only one. your sister has a problem to instead of manipulating and putting you down, she should be supportive and try and help you over come OCD.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive behaviors (compulsions). Repetitive behaviors such as handwashing, counting, checking, or cleaning are often performed with the hope of preventing obsessive thoughts or making them go away. Performing these so-called "rituals," however, provides only temporary relief, and not performing them markedly increases anxiety.
Effective treatments for each of the anxiety disorders have been developed through research.19 In general, two types of treatment are available for an anxiety disorder—medication and specific types of psychotherapy (sometimes called "talk therapy"). Both approaches can be effective for most disorders.
The family is of great importance in the recovery of a person with an anxiety disorder. Ideally, the family should be supportive without helping to perpetuate the person's symptoms. If the family tends to trivialize the disorder or demand improvement without treatment, the affected person will suffer.
do not worry. where there is a will there is a way. just try to control urself of doing all things four times. ignore ur twin sis. and try ur best to make some friends .so that they can help u overcome this problem
