what is the best type of exercise for me to do?!
Question: i need to loose like 10 - 15 kg and am not all that fit.
i am watching what i eat and just want to speed my weight loss up with some benifical exercise.

Walking is the best exercise. You can do it anywhere, it's free, and the equipment (sneakers) is inexpensive. It strengthens muscles, builds cardiovascular fitness, and wards off osteoporosis! Add wrist or ankle weights to get more of a workout. Or you can simply hold a soup can in each hand and pump your arms as you walk---easy! Good luck to you!
