Herbal remedies to calm fear of what if?

Here are three harmless methods you may want to try:

1) Hypericum Perforatum

2) Bachflower Rescue Remedy

3) Bio*Chakra Light MeditationTM.

How to use these?

1) Hypericum Perforatum
It build the nerves, strengthens the immune system and soothes pain. It make you feel relaxed without being sleepy, unless you are exhausted and would need a good sleep.
I would want to use 2 - 4 pills (on milk sugar base only) in one ounce of water. I would take one drop under my tongue every few seconds until the condition gets better, then less and less often, may be every 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 minutes. Yet, at least 5 times a day. I would make the remedy fresh every day, less when less is needed.

I like to add a bit of apple cider vinegar and brown sugar to taste. It has worked wonders for me! Advanced European hospitals are using it!

2) Bachflower Rescue Remedy
When you feel run down and rather shocked and exhausted than hyper, this remedy helps.
I would buy a stock bottle and use 4 drops of the stock remedy on an ounce of water in a dropper bottle. Then I would take it very often like Hypericum, see above.

Parents have made the mistake to use Bachflower Rescue Remedy for hyper children before bed time and guess what, they got MORE energy! The parents would have needed this remedy!

3) Bio*Chakra Light MeditationTM
It works with the negative while staying positive. It is easy to do and takes only a minutes or three if you like. It is done every day before sleeping time. One does not have to know the origin of the fear, stress or else. It has worked for many since 1979! You find it spelled out at http://www.biochakra.com, click Hilites, go to the end of the monthly Hilite article, click Archives, Click Spiritual Energies, Predictions and the Bible, and find Bio*Chakra Light MeditationTM.

Furthermore, measure your pH, you may be highly acidic, which corrodes your nerves. To measure, get a roll of pH paper from a health food store, dip a strip in urine and one in saliva and read the discoloration and its number by comparing it to the colors on the box. The pH, in my experience, should always be 7.5, or problems may start!

One or all of these may help.

Enjoy!

there is no herbal remedie, try doing yoga which will help u coming over ur stress
there are some out there.. but you need to readjust your quality of living actually. Why do you feel this way? Give yourself a time limit to worry about things. write them down in a journal. What was stressful on Monday might be hilarious on Saturday. Its hard to do but when you feel anxious do some breathing exercises.. calm your body down. With you body calmer.. eventually the mind will follow. It also helps to involve yourself in activities that dont allow you to have so much free time to think.
Marijuana helps. so I've heard
Wow, I was just talking to my boss about the same thing.. I am also 26 too and have high anxiety..its starting to effect me physically too.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is one herb shown to relieve anxiety in clinical trials. Standardized Valerian extracts with a minimum of 0.8% valerenic acid, the active constituent, work best. Valerian extract works rapidly, often in less than an hour, when taken in doses of a few hundred milligrams, and can be taken up to three or four times per day.

L-theanine, an amino acid derived from Green Tea, is another herbal anti-anxiety treatment with a significant anti-anxiety effect. Many people report that L-theanine works as well as prescription anti-anxiety medications, but L-theanine is not addictive or habit-forming. Quite a few herbal anti-anxiety medicines claim to contain "L-theanine" but actually contain a low-quality Green Tea extract with only a small amount of L-theanine, so make sure that you take an herbal anti-anxiety treatment with 98% or 99% pure L-theanine (such as SunTheanine®).

Studies also suggest that Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) is effective for anxiety and related conditions. As with Valerian, it’s important to use a standardized Passion Flower extract with at least 3-4% vitexin. An herbal anti-anxiety treatment that combines Passion Flower and Valerian extracts will be more effective than either herb taken alone.

An excellent herbal anti-anxiety treatment with proven real-world success is Seredyn, a supplement with SunTheanine® pure L-theanine, standardized Valerian extract (0.8% valerenic acid), and standardized Passion Flower extract (4% vitexin). Over 93% of Seredyn users with occasional anxiety and 85% with chronic anxiety report positive results, and 80-83% of users with panic and anxiety attacks say that Seredyn helps prevent and stop their attacks. Valerian Root. Also a product called "Find Serenity Now" by Urban Nutrition. Make sure you take your daily vitamin. Also vitamin B12 MUST be taken sublingually. It cannot BE INGESTED through tissue into the blood stream. And, Heavens, don't forget potassium. That's a major.

We all have our own "what if's" in life, but we tend to be our own worst enemy, and how many of those "what if's" actually come true? That's the part I think about. So what could you be so anxious about?
A very respected psychiatrist has supplemented my medications with deepsea omega fish oil gel tabs. I know it's not "herbal" per say but it does fall into the natural remedies. Apparently that coupled with a very BIG multivitamin (different depending on your sex) is also added on. They make a HUGE difference when added to my regimen. I am bipolar and I have found these supplements work. The omega fish oil must be DEEP SEA FISH OIL gel tabs however. Good luck!
