USUALLY>>>>>the area around the shot will get sore. and tender..

Mostly pain at the site of the injection. You may also get mild, flu-like symptoms for a day or so.
There might be a little pain afterwards, and you could run a light fever and feel achy.
your arm will feel like u got punched really hard that night and will last up to a week. if it hurts after that see a doctor.

i had mine a couple monthes ago. i am scared to death of needles. i knew i needed it, i was 6 years late on my booster. It is good that it hurts though. some people only need 1 immunization but 1 every 10 years is strongly recommended. If you arm hurts after the shot it means that your body was not immune to it and it is fighting the injection. If it doesnt hurt it means that your immunity toward it was still strong from previous injections.

your life can be threatened by the injection, but the odds of getting that are MUCH smaller (like 0.000001%) than getting tetanus by not getting the shot.

all doctors recommend the shot.
