I have recently stopped taking the depo and the patch, now my period comes like!

Question: Which is a change cause when I was on the Depo (contraceptive:injection), I rarely saw my period at all, and when I did it was just spotty really. I stopped taking the Depo because I gained weight. So, I tried the patch for a week. Now, I am on my period again!

Anyone out there been there..

after stopping depo it usually takes 3 to 10 months to get your periods regularsied.and now about patch it is needed to use patch ones a week for three continous week and absetain in the fourth week to get period.so you are not likely to get your period yet.if you continue to use patch in a four week cycle then you may get your period after end of fourth week. then you have continue to use patch cycles for at least 3 to 10 months.
