Answers:
has it always been like this or just lately? coffee do work as diuretics- causing the loss of water in our body through urination. but they symptoms lasting for several hours sound very severe. could it be that you're intolerant towards caffeine? give decaf a go- i know what's the point of taking a decaf when you want the caffeine to keep you alert. if these persists, and you want your energy- there are other options. energy drinks, ginseng tea, and many more. hope that you're able to find a way through this. take care!

Other Answers:
Too obvious - get rid of the caffeine.
caffiene is a stimulant (thirst, diuresis) and sometimes an irritant.

try Yuba Matte, and leave off the caffiene
You may be allergic to caffeine.
caffeine's a drug, and isn't good for you.you also might be allergic to it, you're just gonna have to drop it if you want these symptoms to go away.I would advise dropping your hours and/or getting more sleep, exercising, and eating healthier so that you'll be able to sleep better and have more energy
Because you think your drinking a drink but its really nothing but fat and sugar NASTY!!
