how can i get rid of the fat on my stomach and develop my abs quickly?!


Question: I am 25 year old young man active in soccer but lately i have been seeing my stomach being covered with small layer of fats. I do weight training and try to work out on my abs by sit ups and runches but i did not get results fast enough

one of the main keys to losing your stomach is not so much the diet but cardiovascular exercises, get into a walking program, that is one of the best things to do to lose your midsection. crunches and sit ups wont help one bit. hope that helps.

Well if you are working out you need to work that section more than anything else. Try not to rest during each set as much. If you are stopping and going. Your body is not getting that "umph" that you need to work the muscles properly.

Also, if you drink. BIG STOPPER! Beer is the #1 thing that will add to that spare tire you have. Water is what makes up your body and when you drink beer your body is thinking it's H2O when it's not and stores faster than anything else you put in your stomach. What you need to do is stop drinking beer all together for awhile. So don't try and cheat by drinking 'light' beer, doesn't work. If you like to drink and can handle your hard liqour then do that, but the beer will get you!

Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :) P.S. If you are one of those people that says i dont have time to eat 6 meals a day, guess what you can buy a meal replacement shake to make up for meals that you can eat. You can get them at GNC or natural food stores. No excuse! Get yourself in shape!
