We need to know your weight. The number of calories burned is directly proportional to your weight. Are you talking about jogging outside or with a machine? Cardio machines can give you an accurate readout of calories burned. Do you want the formula for the machine? I couldn't really help you though if you're talking about outside. You would need to get one of those little machines that you strap on you that reads stuff like that (calories, distance, heart rate, etc). They're not that expensive.

Try this website: www.sparkpeople.com
The membership is free and they have tools to help you throughout losing weight. You can look up any food to see how many calories are in it, and look up to see how many calories you burn with different exercises. How many calories you burn depends on your weight, what you do, and how long you exercise. So this website is probably your best bet. You can also log what you eat, how much you exercise, and the progress that you make. Excellent website, it's helped me alot.
Well for that we would need to know your weight, and blood pressure, we can't give you a specific number of calories burnt without the information. Yet I can give you an educated guess. If you jog for 15 minutes a day you will burn about 300 the first 5 minutes, then 370 the next 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes you will probably burn 440. This is because as you get more tired, you will loose more calories easier, since your body is more tired. Remember that when you run you need to drink as much water as possible to hydrate your body. If your going to run don't starve yourself, this is because your body will just blow up thinking it need to preserve fat. Well have fun running.
