i have lower back pain they say arthritis i say nerve damage.?!
Question: i was in a car accident my lower back is messed up, the dr. says its arthritis yet i take a nerve blocker for the pain and my legs get sore and heavy i`m about to settle the case but it does not seem right. i go to pain clinic once a month all my lawyer says is that the dr. did not help much. what do i do ?

You should get a second opinion, and a third opinion. Doctors are not always right. Take this very seriously and make sure you have the right answer before treating your injuries - they could be life-threatening if misdiagnosed!
My friend's wife had a nerve fuse to her spine. She is believed to be paralyzed for life due to a doctor's oversight. This may not be the case for you, but you must know for certain what is wrong with you.

I say go with your own intuition. Trust your own mind as to what it tells you. You will feel much happier if you feel you are telling the whole truth as far as you understand it to be. Hope this helps you make your decision.
I would go and get more then one answer from the Dr's. Go to 2 or 3 Dr's and get their comments on it and see if they all come up with the same answer.
