NO! No one knows the exact amount of alcohol that can cause Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Some Dr's say its as little as one ounce! If you're consuming alcohol in the first 2 weeks after conception, you wont even know that you're pregnant. The first few weeks are very important for the baby's development too. Don't drink or smoke when you're trying to conceive!
