Question: A vacuum pump is a tube which is placed over the penis and air is pumped out of the tube.
This causes the blood to enter the penis making it erect. You then slip a rubber band off the tube and onto the base of the penis. A man then has an erect penis and can enter a vagina or anywhere else. So, my question is: ARE THEY SAFE TO USE ? (I had to add these details because somepeople didn't know what I was talking about).

Yes, but only if used as directed. If you are married, perhaps you should consider a penile implant which works satisfactorily for both partners. Have your MD refer you to a Urologist.
