I know priorities but can't concentrate. How?!

Question: I am 27, a healthy man, well educated. I know time management! I know how to set my priorities but I can't concentrate. Involve myself in different other activities and waist my time. Also practised mind exercises but couldn't get rid of this situation.

I have the same problem I can sit down and waste hours. If I didn't refuse taking medications I would. But I don't and I just deal with it.
Write down the things you need to do. No plans, just the ones that needs to get done. Check the ones that are done, the ones that didn't get done is marked—N/A as in not available. You are probably trying to do too much or not doing enough and thinks he is doing too much. Relax, take a deep breath and just do it little by little, soon it's all done. I too needs time and a good momentum to get things rolling.
Faraz,

I, from time to time, experience the same kind of thing. General absent-mindedness and inability to concentrate, its acutely couterproduuctive, frustrating and depressing! This is how I've dealth with the problem:

- Get regular sleep at the same time each night.
- Exercise, but don't exhaust yourself.
- Take Brahmi and Gingko Biloba. These are ancient, well proven herbal remedies (legal, at least in Australia, anyway) that have really helped me improve my memory, concentration and ability to learn.
- Don't constantly question/evaluate yourself! Relax and try again.
