The best way to loose the weight and stay at that weight is by eating right.

Eating right means 5 meals:
1 breakfast that can be cereal with fruits
1 mid morning snack (Fruits, yougurt)
1 Lunch, including vegetables, one portion of carbs and protein (meats)
1 mid afternoon snack. Fruits
1 Dinner, dinner cannot have carbs, the best way here is with vegetables, and protein.

Also very important, must drink water (8 glaseses), sodas does not count and should avoid them.

Exercise is important, 3 times a week, low impact, walk is better.

The body by itself will loose the body fat and it will mantain a healthy weight.

Excercise.. A good hours walk every day. It will do wonders for weightloss and also improve cardio vascular fitness. Mind you 105 lbs is not fat. Also healthy foods like ceareals and grains and also salads aswell

First, it depends how old she is and how tall she is. Losing too much weight early in life when it's not necessary can actually harm the body.
Get her to swim or bike these type of cardiac excersise burn a ton of calories. Also have her drink a ton of water because to process that water and excrete it takes a lot of energy and burns a lot of calories. Also have her eat 4-5 small healthy meals rather than 2-3 big meals.

The best way is cardio and lots of it. Walks, running, hiking, jogging in place even. Use push ups and sit ups/cruches with leg raises and lunges. Ones diet must be adjusted as well though. High protien, low fat, low carbs.

Ok listen shes only 105 pounds and shes only 10. Look helping her workout on a steadfast routine could really damage her hormones, stunt her growth it could do alot of things. So here is the safest way to do this. Have your daughter lay off the soda, no more, put her on a strict water diet for step number one, juice every once in awhile. Number two get a lot of fiber into the diet it helps to move bowels quicker, and number three just run, the running will lose your weight for you, trust me I play semi pro football, this is the best way to do it without causing potential harm to your daughter.
