do blind people who are born blind see in their dreams or just hear and feel in!

Question:
Answers:
They do not and cannot "see in their dreams." People who have been blind a long time, and who get some kind of operation that permits vision, do not "see" either - because "seeing" requires a very great deal of learning by the brain to processes visual input into accurate spatial/motive relationships.

Suddenly having the visual ability restored is upsetting to blind people. Not only does it frighten them because they cannot interpret things correctly, but it disturbs their sense of self and their sense of how they relate and fit into the world, which has always been for them a question of sound and touch.

I responded to a very similar question yesterday.I wonder if people who are visually impaired from birth see people and faces. If so, could that be a sign of reincarnation?
it would be good to hear from people who are blind to answer that as i have no idea
well, blind people see in their own, special way. so. i guess they see their dreams in their own, special way.
My BF was nearly blind until a surgery at age 6. (Thank you Lions Club!) He rarely has visual dreams and is not very good at "thinking in pictures".
they can imagine, but probably wouldn't be able to dream like people who can see.
i think they can see different shades and colours in their dreams.but they can probably hear a lot more than we do in their dreams (and feel) .making it an intense experience in other ways!
Good & interesting question. I never thought of that before. I love those answers, too. -_^
