whats the fastest way to get a six pack?!

Question: i have the outline of it but i can't get it to stay after i work out.
Answers:
Eat a lot of protein. I know its cliche, but it really works. It will burn the fat and increase your metabolism and make more mass.

Do about 300-500 crunches a day, There are machines where you can hang upside and do upside down crunches which will definitely overwork your muscles so you dont need to do too many of them, but your abs will burn very fast. Its hard to get a six-pack unless you are always active and working on your abs. It has to be your only concentration. If you get muscles on your abs, the other body parts will eventually develope.

Go to a gym with a competent instructor and watch your food closely. Get advices from a nutrition expert will be also an advantage. But the most important point, after you have all the 'weapons' is high self discipline. Without it, everything else won't matter and you won't get what you want.
Lots of crunches.

Start with standard sit-ups, do at least 3 sets of 20 reps each followed by a long set of at least 35. Do the "boxer" crunches at least twice a week (twist at the waist both directions bringing your elbows to the opposite knee) again 3 sets of 20 each.

Each day you should do leg crunches, hang from a pull-up bar and bring your knees up as high as you can. Do this in 3 sets of at least 30 each. Then do leg lifts, either hanging from a bar or laying flat, do at least 40 per set and do at least 2 sets per day three times a week.

Add this to a normal weight lifting regimine and cardio workout at least 3 times a week for at least 15 minutes and you should have solid abs in about 3 to 6 weeks.

If you really need to kick it in high gear and have no heart problems or health problems relating to your metabolism you can take thermogenic medications. You can buy them over the counter in products like thermo-gain, fat burner, etc. or you can go the cheap way and drink 200 mg worth of caffeine and take an asprin every morning.
my opinion on it is to use an edge that works for you personally,,,just to get the initial jump. Say me for instance i was just teasing my girl about this product she bought called farenheit,,,its a womens metabolism enhancer and fat burner. well i work nights and needed a boost of energy to work my shift so i started taking 2 a day 4 2 months on top of my normal 5 day wokout routine and didnt realizt that i was getting the "handle bars and abs wrer showing. i didnt realize how good it must have looked until i hit a pool party and ssome girls were drooling over my v shaped figure. Go figure(no pun intended)

You gotta burn fat. You probably already have a six pack (most people who do any exercise at all do), but it's under a layer of fat. Do just a normal amount of crunches and ab work, but up your other muscle work, do more aerobics and cut maybe 250-500 calories a day.

Girls don't usually get them, but I'm almost there. I used to do about a million sit ups a day, but I've cut back and focused on my diet and other exercises, and my ab muscles are really starting to show! Yay!
You've got one under there already. Along with hitting the crunches and ab machines you have to greatly reduce your calorie intake. Cut out ALL junk for four days a week while hitting the abs every other day.

Ab workout: Lie on floor with legs straight. Lift straight legs 6" off floor. Hold for eight seconds keep them up spread them hold for eight more close 8 open 8 close 8 down. Repeat four times.

lie on back lift legs up to 90 degrees. lower to 45. raise back to 90. lower to 45. raise to 90. repeat 8 times and four sets.

lie on back bicycle legs for three sets of thirty.
as you get stronger ramp up the reps.
