Other Answers:
Lots of NyQuil. Thats what I do, then I sleep for a while.
See a doctor! It sounds like you have a cold//allergies. In any case, drink TONS of water and orange juice for vitamin C. I don't know what you mean by back heep ache, but if you have body aches, you might have the flu. I got the flu earlier this year and I was in so much pain all over; something I've never experienced. In any case, just stay quiet, relax, watch tv, drink liquids, get lots of sleep; your body needs help to rid whatever bug this is so give it all the help you can!

Past experiences of being sick
You should take lots of sleeping tablets and go to deep sleep. What in the earth are you doing? Go to hell.
Get yourself a bottle of Nyquil And Vicks. Take the medicine and rub the Vicks all over your chest and a little under your nose and get lots of rest. Don't eat anything crazy either. Stick to simple foods when you are sick. Drink lots of clear liquids. A really good hot shower or bath helps also. Try to breath in the hot steam. As for the headache you can take Tylonol, Advil, Alieve whatever you prefer. The main thing is to get lots of rest. The body heals itself over time and when you rest alot you don't run your body down in such a weak state you are in. Good Luck, Hope you feel better.
Screw Nyquil and water. Drink plenty of alcohol.
Keep having hot fluids like soup(add bread sticks to it to make it filling), stew, broth etc. to get the congestion out of your chest. Get as much sleep as you can and blow your nose/spit the phlegm as frequently as you can. If you feel a fever coming, keep wet cloth on your forehead and have a sponge bath.

If it gets worse, see a doctor.
