Weight gain diet?!
Question: I am currently 15 6'-0" and weight 150 lbs. I need a good weight gain diet for muscle. I know foods high in protine and more calories and life alot and I have been doing that for a while but I can't seem to gain any weight. A diet plan or any other suggetions would be great!

i recommend you gaining weight first if your skinny, try supplements with protein
Potatoes, breads, meats, milkshakes,ice cream, practially anything ya want,,, lots of snacks
