Answers:
COLD EEZE COLD EEZE COLD EEZE! about 3 out of 4 colds will simply seem to dissapear when you take this at the first hint of a cold. You also have to take it the every two hours or so like it says. You may have to buy two bags but it is sooo worth it. I love the stuff. usually by the end of the first drop your throat feels ten times better. I even use it for my kids! good luck. If you didn't catch this cold soon enough have some on hand for the next one! one last preventative measure is to eat yogurt on a regular basis. It beefs up your immune system overall.

My wife used Cold-Eze last year, and avoided what looked to be an oncoming cold.
Cough/Throat Dorops. FruitBreezers are the best!
Hope you feel better soon!

You need vitamin C! They have vitamin C chewable tablets at the store eg. walmart. They boost your immune system to fight away the cold before it hits!
If you can handle 'em. LOTS o' jalepeno peppers! Shortens the time you're sick and helps prevent future illness.

Personal Experience
tons of water. then more water.then more water. Try to put some lemon and take a big bite of a pepper or something with heat in it, then drink more water.
I handle the problem with 25mg caps of benadryl
My granddad gave me an old remedy that works better than any I have ever used. Let me clarify that I am NOT a drinker. He told me to "always use a big shot of whiskey at night". After that, you take a bite of honey after the shot of whiskey. Then sleep it off. If it doesn't take care of it, then repeat the next night. Never forget to choke down at least 15,000MG of vitamin C.
ZINC LOZENGES are the best! Especially if you catch it in time (first sneeze or tickle in the throat). Also GNC Cherry lozenges are the best tasting (trust me on that one)some of the others are very metallic tasting or pasty (usually the ones mixed with herbs like echinacea). Also try chicken soup with chopped garlic in it (one clove). I know your breath will be bad but you should feel better.
