in dealing with the body and especially losing weight i wouldnt trust my health to just anyone who posts an answer to you on this page. you will get all sorts of different answers and half of them will porbably be unhealthy. its best if you seek a doctors advice on this one, especially being you are 13 and still growing. good luck and i hope you do well.

if you eat these amount of callory you will be fit not fat and not thin.
It depends on your height and expected Body mass. Assuming that you are 150 cm tall (rough estimation based on your age)your ideal weight is around 50KG. you need to loose atleast 5KG.
What you need to do is,
Step 1)Maintain a log of your eating habits and physical activity (distance walked /day , time spent,kind of sport participated during the day) for about a week.
Step 2)reduce your food intake by 20-30% /day.(do not skip any meal, eat three times a day, do not indulge in calorie rich diet like chacolates, cheese , sweets , weekend party splurge etc). If you are hungry eat calorie free(or low) food like pop corn, vegetable salads(without any sauce or additions)
Step 3) If you are not involved in active sports, pick up one which intrests you and possible to continue
Step 4) monitor your weight on weekly basis.
You should gradually loose weight at the rate of about 1KG / 2 weeks.
Step 5) If expected results are not obtained, review your compliance and modify accordingly.
