Depression, jealous, and rage..are these all symptoms of a menstal cycle?!

Question: I have to know EXACTLY where my fiance is going, who he's gonna be with, and when he will return.
Answers:
all your menstrual cycle does is just provide an excuse for whats really ailling you, and i believe thats probably a lack of trust for whatever reason. either its you or him thats the reason for the mistrust, but hey thats alright because you know its a problem, you just dont know why, i guess just have a heart to heart with yourself, and if you cant find the answer from within then seek help.I wish you all the luck in the world because thats a horrible way to live.

No, not always.

What your finace is goin through probably is PRE-MENSTRUAL SYNDROME.

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a combination of emotional, physical, psychological, and mood disturbances that occurs after a woman's ovulation and normally ends with the onset of her menstrual flow. The most common mood-related symptoms are irritability, depression, crying, oversensitivity, and mood swings with alternating sadness and anger. The most common physical symptoms are fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness (mastalgia), acne and appetite changes with food cravings.

About 80% of women experience some features of PMS. Fortunately, only a minority (estimated at 10%) of women have severe enough PMS symptoms to impact their work, relationships or lifestyle in a significant way.

Although there is no "cure" for PMS at this time, there are many options in managing its signs and symptoms. The first priority is an accurate diagnosis. Other medical or psychological conditions should be identified and treated. Proper diet, exercise and life style changes can help symptoms before resorting to over-the-counter or prescription medications. Most women can control their PMS symptoms successfully so that they do not interfere with their leading healthy and productive lives.

No, however, your period can increase these episodes. I know for myself, if I'm likely to get depressed or cranky (another sign of depression) it is worse just before my period. Not every woman has these issues, but pretty much every woman menstrates.

It's good that you recognize that the way you're acting is out of sync, and that you need to do something about it. It's not fair to your partner that you take out your own stuff on him. I suggest you talk to your doctor, if your doctor does not refer you to a psychologist, then go to one on your own. Depression can be treated with meds and with talk. You need some skills to cope with it.
Could be. You might also have a control issue. Or maybe there actually is something going on that he's not telling you about. Whatever the problem is, I strongly advise you to settle it BEFORE you tie the Knot. Otherwise, you're both gonna' go through hell until this is dealt with.

it doesnt sound very healthy at all. do you have a solid reason for mistrust? is he a moral and commited man? have you been done wrong and hurt in the past, and projecting this onto him, or do you sincerely feel like something is not right between you, or with him, like an honest to goodnes, "im a woman with a strong intuition getting a vibe here"?
pms may accentuate feelings of insecurity, but it sounds like youre dealing with something that has substanance, you may need to deal with your own deppression, or seek couples counseling.this is a great website with a lot of links, i hope i helped.

Is this why you're taking the Sarafem/fluoxetine? Perhaps you should up the dosage.
