For a hangover headache-lots of water, a couple of mutivitamins (or B-complex, it's lack of one of the Bs that causes the sore head), especially effective as a preventative if taken w/some food, before going to bed.
Not from booze? Try a sudaphed (the little red pill, decongestants that don't make you drowsy).
