You burn more calories eating celery then celery actually gives you. But it doesnt give you enough energy for doing weights so you will have to balance it out with a balanced meal.

I find that eating grapefruit works very well. You may want to cut out things like bread, potatoes, noodles and sugar based foods.

My mom tried the grapefruit diet and it worked. I think any fruit or vegetable is a sure way to lose weight and drinking plenty of water.
For breakfast u can have 1 of the following:
-Oatmeal
-Eggwhites
-Whole wheat toast
For lunch:
-A piece of protein the size of a balled up fist
-A fistful amount of rice
-Some green vegetables (spinach, brocolli, green beans)
For snacks( u can have 1 snack between bfast & lunch, 1 between lunch & dinner & 1 after dinner)
-a fistfull of peanuts
-a fistfull of strawberries
-fresh orange
-1/2 banana
-a bowl of popcorn (the healthy kind, not the ones from the movies)
-a scoop of ice cream (the lowfat one)
-string cheese (lowfat cheese)
--Salads are a good choice of snack
For dinner:
-A piece of protein the size of a balled up fist
-A fistful amount of rice
-Some form of vegetables
*make sure u drink lots of water

** all u have to do is purchase the ingredients beforehand & make ur meals. Alternating is the key.
If u have to purchase a meal then u can have a slice of pizza topped with veggies or chicken with brocolli.
