Only if you do not wear a strong good quality supportive bra. Several women in my family have large breasts (DDD, F, G, and H) It is obvious who is buying quality bras and who is not. Just like some women spend tons of money to get thier hair done or nails or on clothes, the proper foundation is just as important.
I had a D or DD in high school and have gone through G, H and I during two pregnancies and breastfeeding. I never had back problems because I always wore good bras.
