Can you significantly reduce the size of your breasts by dieting?!

Question:
Answers:
I started dieting and exercising regularly and went from a 38 D to a 34 C. So yes.you can significantly reduce the size through regular diet and exercise. I will say though that I didn't notice a huge difference in the size until I started doing a regular cardio workout along with my weight training workout. I also made sure that my weight training workout contained at least one really good chest workout a week, in order to tone and stenghten the chest muscles for more lift and support. I don't think you'll notice as much of a different from dieting alone. And besides, the key to any good diet is to also exercise, so this gives you an excuse to get to a gym and hit that elliptical (or stairmaster, treadmill, etc.)

If you lose a great deal of weight, your breast size will go down, but don't count on it going down a whole lot in proportion to your body. Most cases I'm familiar with (ie, my own personal experience, or that of friends or family), they only lost a cup size at the very most. (The circumference was reduced, too, of course.)

I would imagine that if a woman was morbidly obese and lost enough weight to be healthy again, then yes, there would probably be a significant reduction in breast size as well.

If you're looking to lose weight JUST in your breasts, the only way to do that is surgically. All I can recommend there is that you do your homework and find a good doctor. Breast reductions can be perfectly safe and even very beneficial.

Hope that helps!
Yes. When you gain weight, that includes gaining in the breast area. When you lose weight, you will lose weight in the breast area.
