Do stackers work? as in the slimming pill?!

Question:
Answers:
All those diet, weight loss pills have in their instructions, to use with a sensible eating/diet program and exercise program. So in other words, you are to diet and exercise besides taking any of those kinds of pills. If you diet and exercise, you are going to lose weight, weather you take those pills or not. It isn't the pills that are working, but the diet and exercising you are doing with them. The pills that are supposed to cut your appetite and give you energy usually have very high doses of caffeine in them (that is what gives you the "energy". You are on a caffeine buzz.) A lot of them also have diuretics (commonly called a water pill) to make you go pee more, and lose water weight that way and that makes it look like you lost weight. Well, technically you lost weight, but it was just peeing out the extra water in your body. It can be dangerous to use diuretics. Also a lot of those diet pills are still using efedera and not listing it in ingredients. (I get weekly news letters from the FDA). All those diet/slimming pills are phony. It is the diet and exercise they have you do along with taking the pills and/or the unsafe additives (high doses caffeine and diuretics).
