if you're talking about professional High Jump and the Fosbury Flop then I can't help you that much, seeing as I haven't done that much myself. Otherwise, I would reccommend swinging your arms upwards so the momentum of your arms carries you a bit higher, plus bending your legs lots so you can have lots of spring in them to help you take off well.
I agree with dk ankle weights will give that added height. It will strength your calf muscles more so that when you jump without the weight you can get higher because you will be lighter.
weights when you jump so after you take them off you will feel like your are.
give yourself a longer run up distance;
hypnotize the crossbar;
imagine some prize on the other side;
