They are in now--I don't know way. Girls with love handles now wear hip huggers and a tight shirt that doesn't reach their pants, showing their belly. They often tattoo their lower backs and pierce their belly buttons. I recommend neither of the last two things.

I dont know how you "use" your love handles, but to all you people who commented, she was ASKING FOR ADVICE not for all you immature people to sit there and put her down. No, bigger women shouldnt wear shirts that doesnt cover everything, but no need to put anyone down. Thats just my opinion!

wow.. i read through all of those and NO one actually answered your question. which was how to "lose" them. Get a pole (about the size of a broomstick) and put it behind your neck with your hands holding it behind you. Now twist from side to side doing several reps (at least 25 twists each way starting out). Then, sit straight up, and drop the stick to where one end is touching the ground and the other is straight in the air. Now go back to the middle and to the other side. It definitely works those love handles!

First of all to the jerk who called you a fat mexican try taking a class on loosing your stank attitude what a rude and hurtful thing to say to someone. Not for nothing it is hard to keep off the weight when you are latina have you ever had mexican food? But first of all I am a mother at 33 yrs old with 5 kids on earth and two miscarriages in between so losing and gaining love handles is my speciality (amongst other things haha).
Drink alot of water at least 6 to 10 8oz. glasses a day. Lay off soda or at least in moderation and any junk or fatty foods you crave try to cut your portions in half. Walk as much as you can and crunches and skwats work great. Don't become obssessed. Stay away from diet pills and gimics they don't work and are potentially dangerous for your health.
DIETING DOES NOT WORK!! Eat just in moderation and condition yourself to eat healthier foods lower in fat and sugar and all the good stuff that is no good for you. I am not saying that you can't have it but is extreme moderation. Remember it did not take you 24 hrs to get the weight and it is going to take time to get it off. There are some great work out videos you can get, classes at local health clubs and gyms and TONS of websites you can go to to find some good recipes that are easy to make , not expensive and great for your body. ABOVE ALL give your inner self as much attention if not more than you are giving your outer self because whether you are in a size 25 or a 5 beauty is only skin deep but ugly is to the bone. I went from a size 18 -20 after the birth of my last son (2 yrs old now) and I am now in a 12-13 so I have been there done that: am there doing that.
why would you want to loose anything related to love. it is a precious thing and should be held onto at all costs. if you really want to "tone up" try yoga or pilates...or dare i say have more of the physical act of love it is the best way to tone up i'v ever known and you actually have loads of fun in the process!
Lay on your side and do leg lifts,add ankle weights for added resistance.Be consistent.
