I am weak, how can i get healthy? Although i eat enough?!


Question: i m serious, it is question for all specially to doctors.

There are many things behind it:-
1.you should have complete medical check up to find any deficiency or disease.
2.Consult your doctor after check up,who may advise you accordingly.
3.If you are not married,get married.I had the same problem before my marriage,but very rapidly improved my health after marriage.
4.You may take egg twice or thrice a weak,Horlicks dissolved in a cup of milk daily according to the dose prescribed,but instead of suger, dissolve a table spoon of honey.
5.Take at least one apple daily.
6.Avoid over eating.
7.You should a have daily routine of morning walk, at least half an hour,prefereably on grass with naked feet.
8.Take care of your stomach,that it remains OK,without which you will not be able to improve your health.
9.You should sleep seven hours daily.

u need healthy protective foods- vitamins. have loads of fresh fruits and veges they shall increase resistance. all de best!!!
some people are born to be big some to be small.its a genetic thing but try going to the gym and jogging.eat meat as much as possible(not 4getting ur veggies).drink milk or eat cerial.breakfast is the most important meal of the day.if none of this works go to ur g.p.good luck
it is not about eating.
it is about how can you get benefit from your food?
you must make your blood moving to distribute Oxygen,minerals & vitatmins to your body
also, to convert fats into energy.
so, you have to make a balance system between food & some
continuously body practices.
build up your strength gradually and you will see improvements week by week.
do some moderate excersize to start off and then go to a gym or get some wights & work out, it mighrt seem strange but exceersise give you energy in time. Get enough sleep too. Keep up the workouts & you will get strong and look great.
