Are you a night owl or do you bask in the sun?!
Question: I have worked nights for 2 1/2 years so Im always awake, day and night. My sleep pattern is crazy. I need to try to get as much Sun as possible for health and sanity, and the same goes for sleep. Is anyone out there nocturnal?

I have never worked night shift.
I sleep all day and stay up all night watching tv, dvds, surfing the net, reading etc.
Getting as much sun as possible should help your body clock.

i must be confused ,because i am both ,most of the night i amm on the computor ,sleep a few hours in the morning and than like to be in the sun so what does that make me,a lizard with big eyes that flys and eats mice

I'm both, days I'm working I'm a night owl cos i dont wanna go to work and get up and on my days off i cant wait to get up and enjoy the whole day x
