Is it possible my future baby get some bad effect?!
Question: my husband use to eat some tablet like citalopram and recently apo-alprazolam.now we decided to have a baby.is it possible that tablet effect badly in my baby and that baby get some mental problem or it doesn't matter.please help me.

The health of your baby should not be affected by your husband's drug use, unless it was excessive.On the other hand if a woman uses drugs or alcohol while she is pregnant, they can very seriously damage the conceptus or embryo or the fetus.

you should ask your husband's doctor and a gynaecologist. his genes will be passed onto the baby so the baby has chances of getting mental problems. his sperm 'carries' the drugs in every case that is why you should talk to 2 different doctors to tell you what you should do.
