Want to know should take a bath with cold water or hot water?!


Question: Hi, I just want to know if we have not enough sleep last night and in the morning should we take a bath with cold water or hot water?

if you take a bath in cold water.you will not clean your shell,hot water opens the pores,washes off the dirt,
and cleans your skin.

Hot water relaxes through the steam as well as the temprature of the body. hot water is usually the temprature of your body or higher to that. thus, it keeps muscles and joints relaxed.
cold water puts the muscles to stress thus not giving enough relaxation.
Well start off with warm water and then turn it to cold slowly untill its freezing cold..

Thats what I do, the warm water wakes me up (and open pores) and the cold water keeps me up (and closes my pores)
Well if you didnt get enough sleep you might want cold to wake your senses but taking a shower is also to clean your body and hot water kills most of the germs that may be on us.
Cold water is preferred at all times because it does not 'dehydrate' the skin. The Chinese also believe that one should avoid bathing after 10 at night when the body's resistance to illness/colds is at its lowest. Better believe than be sorry later.
neither too hot water nor cold water is recommended. maybe very hot water may cause different shock and heart beating and cold water makes you nervous and you may get cold too !
Cold showers are known to wake you up more, Hot showers are more a relaxtion.
