Answers:
First of all, how do you know you have it for sure? If you DO have it, you need to speak to your doctor because it is contageous and needs treatment.

Scaly, ring-shaped, pink patches on the skin or scalp may indicate ringworm , a contagious fungal infection.

Treatment:

Ringworm can be treated with fungus-killing medicine. The medicine can be in taken in tablet or liquid form by mouth or as a cream applied directly to the affected area.

you need to see the doctor dont think you can cure it any other way!
get anti fungal cream, use head and shoulders shampoo to wash it (it works). Keep it wrapped up. Apply the cream constantly. Im a wrestler and wrestlers get it all the time.
Go to your local pharmacist.. there should be an over-the-counter medication available without a prescription.
try using gent ion violet(a purple liquid)it worked for me.

old wives tale: use ur saliva first thing in the morning before u brush ur teeth, to lubricate the area with ring worm. apparently the excess acid in the saliva kills the fungus
depends on the lesion. If superficial topical creams such as miconazole or clotrimazole can be used twice a day for 2 weeks. Should use at least 1 week past resolution For resistant or invasive lesions oral griseovulfin should be used.

I recommend seeing your physician to be sure it truly is ringworm.
